Return Eligibility:

The item must be damaged, misprinted, or wrongly delivered.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.Return Process:

1. Email us at support@novelhovel.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2. Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

Non-returnable Items:

Books that are damaged due to customer misuse.

Discounted or clearance items.

Refund Policy

We issue refunds only in the following situations:

Conditions for Refund:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item and it was approved for return.

We were unable to deliver the item due to an error on our side.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) within 2  days after we receive the returned item.

Note:

Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind purchases.

Return shipping costs are only refunded if the error was on our part.
